HOME AND ACCESSIBILITY IMPROVEMENTS

Your home is your sanctuary and your biggest financial asset. Protecting that asset and keeping your home environment safe, structurally sound, code-compliant and accessible are critical.  AHC can help you finance and manage needed repairs.

GRANT & LOAN OPTIONS

Three owner-occupied rehabilitation programs are available for households earning less than 80% of the area median income. The programs may be paired together.

HOME ACCESSIBILITY PROGRAM GRANT

Separate from the owner-occupied rehabilitation grants listed above, the Home Accessibility Program (HAP) is specifically designed to assist extremely low income seniors and persons with disabilities to make accessibility improvements that will prevent unnecessary or premature institutionalization. HAP can assist both homeowners and renters that earn less than the below income limits. More details are available here: English | Spanish

Qualifying households must have GROSS annual household income (i.e., incomes from all sources) that do not exceed the below limits. Income limits are based on household size.
