Homes for Sale

AHC acquires foreclosed and vacant properties, conducts a complete rehab, and then sells the homes at affordable prices to income-eligible households. We insure that all major structures and systems are safe, sound and code-compliant.  You have the pleasure of an aesthetically-pleasing home that’s in move-in condition, and the assurance of knowing your property will be sound for years to come. It’s a win-win-win: the neighborhood wins because a vacant property is brought back to useful life, the community wins because it improves the local housing stock and the homebuyer wins because they secure safe, stable housing that they can afford.

Important information for buyers:

  • Buyers must certify their intent to owner-occupy (no investors)
  • Homebuyer education & counseling may be required
  • Homebuyers may qualify for a forgivable grant to assist with downpayment and/or closing costs
  • Properties may have income limit restrictions which vary depending on the type of funding used by AHC. Please refer to the property descriptions to determine applicable income limits (if any). Income limits are based on total pre-tax income for all household members.
  • Below are the most common income limits:
